If it is established that the information should be classified, the exporting organization may want or must terminate the project, in which case the price ends by mutual agreement. 1. Where it is established that the project supported by this award is part of a programme of related projects referred to in paragraphs (c) and (d) below, the beneficiary may consider the entire programme of related projects as a single cost target within the meaning of paragraph C.4,`, `Eligible costs`, of OMB Circular A-21. Costs attributable to the programme may be invoiced by the beneficiary to one or more of the constituent projects/awards that make up the programme. 2. For the purposes of this paragraph (b), the terms « sponsored special agreement » and « sponsored agreement » are referred to in paragraph C.4.b. .
